Shipping Policy
Shipping is commenced upon the first business day after purchase
(New Zealand time, UTC+12:00). Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not deemed to be business days. If shipment cannot
be made within this timeframe you will be notified by email and an option of refund will be offered.
HTK Limited will not be responsible for any delays in shipping due to factors out of its control. Namely; Force Majeure, Your country's customs clearance delays, delivery delays that are internally incurred by postal services or delivery agents that are utilized in the transmission of the product.
Cancellation of Purchase
Providing HTK Limited is contacted before shipping takes place, purchases may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered upon return receipt and evaluation of product condition, and explanation of the circumstances regarding the refund request. Providing these conditions are met fully to our satisfaction, refunds will be processed in a timely fashion. Please note that in no instance will shipping costs be refunded.
Terms of Purchase
- Purchased product will be dispatched in plain unmarked packaging via Airmail to the shipping address entered into the purchase form.
- The BUYER of SELLER products bear the risk of using it and any consequences that may result from using it, regardless of the BUYER place of residence national law, local law, by law and consumer rights.
- The BUYER may not recover from the SELLER and its affiliates and its suppliers, any damages whatsoever regardless of damage type including, direct, consequential, lost profits, special, indirect or incidental.
- Home testing for HIV, and HIV self testing kits are not permitted in some countries. It is the BUYER responsibility to verify their country's law regarding this. The BUYER may not recover from the SELLER and its affiliates and its suppliers, any damages whatsoever or refunds upon goods not arriving due to the BUYER country's customs importation decisions, medical authority or government prohibition regulations or seizure of goods for any other reason. The SELLER may only ship HIV test kits to countries where self testing is not permitted, providing the BUYER acknowledges, agrees and complies that the use of the HIV Test kit be limited to clinical evaluation of the product only, and not self use.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold hiv-test-kit.com, its parent and subsidiary companies and their affiliates, and their suppliers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney/legal fees, arising from breach of this Agreement, or any other policy, you access on hiv-test-kit.com or any Internet site linked to or from hiv-test-kit.com, or in connection with the transmission of any Content on hiv-test-kit.com.
